to maximize the return on your investment in our products. Using the
feedback we receive from our users and business partners we continually
improve our customer services including the speed of our responses
to queries and the quality of our documentation and training guides.
Support is also available via user's manual, user guide, FAQ's and
product road map. In addition, Internet based support tools are provided
through our web based customer support portal. From the portal, questions,
issues and best practices can be researched identified and downloaded.
FAQ's are provided with technical bulletins, newsletters and important
down loads.
Training guides, tutorials and case studies are
also provided and available as needed.

Sabino Creek provides telephone support for its
software products Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mountain
Standard time.
